The world we live in It is truly a sad day in my life when I have to sit down and write an article like this just pouring out my thoughts about the world we live in today. It is unreal to me how we as Americans can sit back and watch our country go hell and not do anything about it. Where do I start: We have Illegals pouring into our country by the thousands and can't even get one single politician to do anything about it. We have gas prices through the roof and we rely on our enemies for the supply. We financially take care of every country but our own. We have almost 40% of our paychecks going to the federal and local government and our country is slowly going broke. We are a welfare state that has to take care of everyone in this country with our tax dollars when they get a hang nail. We have no law and order left in this country. Our government has faild us, they only care about wealth and power. The sad part is that we will do nothing to change it. It doesn't matter what party it is, they are all crooks who set up on Capital Hill and do absolutely nothing. If I performed like this on my job, my ass would have been fired on day one! We need to all think about our children and grandchildren, what are they going to have to face when they grow up. What kind of world are we leaving behind? It is time to take back our country, we need to let our voice be heard. We need to exercise our right to vote and put some people in office who believe in working for the people with some backbone to stand up to the Washington Machine. I just hope that it is not to late to get something done. People have given up on our Government, and I can definately see why. This is a scary world to live in my friends, why not do something about it. Brian in Va.
